Lee Mack can read the phone book and I’ll find it funny. He’s comedy crack to me. But how did I, an American, find Kate’s accent unbelievable? I honestly thought she was a Brit putting on an accent. That actress is absolutely awful.

I am only watching this because god’s gift Raúl Esparza is in it…but I’m only 2 episodes in and we’ve barely been given a glimpse of his talent and gorgeousness.
I can’t even tell you if the story is interesting because it is so poorly paced it’s almost impossible to focus on. There’s way too much time devoted to pointless facial expressions.
Please, do me a favor and splash some beautiful, red blood all over that Icelandic landscape! Or at least have Raúl do some shirtless sit-ups.

Good lord. What an atrocious heap of pretentious garbage. They were so concerned with cramming in what they thought was intellectual dialogue that they completely forget to make a movie that was logical or even enjoyable. How they managed to wring such terrible performances from an admittedly great cast is actually impressive.

Not only a great movie but a beautiful snapshot of the 90s.

Top ten of all time. Humourous but touching.

I like Ryan Murphy. I love Ewan McGregor. But this one was boring. The same old formula of a small town kid, makes it big, drugs, sex, downfall.

Pointlessly drawn out and unbelievable. Plot holes galore and just an incredibly unlikeable cast of characters.
