A movie rare of its kind. Two women from different villages get swapped to each other’s husbands while going to their husband’s house/village in a train.
The first woman, Phool kumari didn’t know her husband’s village’s name so she was stuck at a train station where she luckily meets a nice lady (Manji Maai) who allows her to work at her small shop in the train station to earn some money. While the second one, Jaya enjoys her stay away from her husband.
The family Jaya was being accommodated in was sweet but soon it was discovered that she has a phone and is hiding her identity as to not be sent back. She explains that she wants to pursue higher education in Organic farming which her family didn’t allow. Her husband murdered his first wife by burning her.
The local police officer realised that she’s an adult and has a full right to not go with someone she doesn’t want to so he scares the husband away.
Phool and her family thanked Jaya for helping them find her by getting a drawing made for her and spreading posters to find Phool. Jaya goes on pursuing her love for farming whereas Phool and her dear husband Deepak kumar lived lovingly.
The movies demonstrates that in our society if people do their job properly without feeling threatened to do otherwise and not fighting for basic human rights, then many beautiful people can pursue their desire for knowledge and bring big changes in the world.
It’s emotional, wholesome, and ideal.
