Cannot say enough great things about this show to this point. Every single video game adaptation tries to deviate from the IP to appeal to new audience members because they assume that the fans of the original IP will watch anyway, so they need to appeal to more people. This COMPLETELY proves those imbecile show runners wrong. This is a nod to the fact that if you stick close to the source content and actually develop the world around it while keeping the core of the material to be the same.. you win. It isn't that hard of a formula that should have been noticed a long time ago. Bravo to the show runners here and I hope they can keep up the near immaculate adaptation.
