Rey White – Google

I found the show,the series to be absolutely fantastic. It was everything I wanted and more. The only issue I had was Miranda‘s character being so different from the way I remembered her in the original sex and the city series. If I had to change anything, I would want her to be more like she was before. Also, I did not care for Miranda‘s new love interest. I found her far to aggressive and demanding.

A family saga that tends to inspire. Even though the father committed a serious crime, you find yourself justifying what he did because of his great love for his family. The novel takes you back to 1962 in rural Pennsylvania. It also takes you back through flashbacks to 1921 in rural Tennessee. The history of struggle and triumphs are palpable as you are drawn into the family dynamics. The story is written in the voice of a 14 year old boy who experiences personally and vicariously the events before and after a tragedy. He and his two brothers share a secret that keeps their father out of prison. Despite the father's dark side, the story is full of love and caring and gives a unique look inside the makings of a loyal and dedicated family.

Wish Me Well II

The movie had no resolution. The sequence of events were scattered and did not link well. This would have been a better movie if they had eliminated the three friends who didn't add anything to the plot. They were non-denominational. I literally felt nothing at the end of the film. I couldn't tell if the protagonist learned anything from his aimless summer and where he will go from there. I watched the entire movie hoping that he would come to terms with his sexuality, but it seems that it will stay in denial and pretend to be someone he is not until he finally has some sort of emotional break down or at least a panic attack. This movie could have been so much more. I'm surprised it even made it to cable.
