Three unlikeable characters pursuing tennis and other muddled goals. This movie tries so hard to be titillating (with unnecessary locker-room penises and eating churro scenes) that it’s a turn off. I don’t know what they’re trying to accomplish; but at the end, the three of them appear to metaphorically climax on the tennis court, and I couldn’t have cared less. I gave it 1 star instead of 2 because their tennis prowess was convincing and the Tulsi character is so easy-on-the-eye. But I’m telling you: this movie is no fun and rather disturbing.
