If you have any doubts about buying this game, cast them aside right now. This game is easily one of the best games on the Switch and my personal favorite game of all time. The story, despite being 10 years old, still shocked me and held up very well. The graphics are amazing. The world is beautiful and lively with gorgeous open areas as well as smaller, yet still beautiful dungeon areas. The gameplay is exciting and strategic, requiring planning before and during battle to be successful and the leveling system is very satisfying, giving you a constant sense of progression that's earned through tough battles or quests. The game is not grindy at all due to the new casual mode and, if you want a challenge, expert mode allows you to challenge yourself in all fights. All of those amazing things in addition to the quality of life changes are what make Xenoblade the JRPG classic that it is. Please buy this game! It is just the best experience I have ever had with a game! I didn't plan to put 200+ hours into it, but I've just been playing non-stop!
