One star just for the theme. Why, why such injustice with the theme? The story starts with a news anchor speaking about the devastated ancient monuments and the reconstruction work of the area somewhere in Afghanistan and this is where we get to meet archeologist Dr. Aryan Kulshrestha (Akshay Kumar). A minute or 2 into the film and the whole site is taken over by Taliban Rebels who come prepared with machine guns and assault rifles while the Taliban Army (guarding the site) is equipped with assault rifles only WTH. Once you are into the film you get to see so many more incident of such nature. Lowest grade of CGI and VFX. Toy like set design proves to be the cherry on the cake. It's an absolute waste of time. Although it is about the religious belief of us Hindus but the quality of work put into the film only mocks the whole concept. Villain's acting, dialogue delivery, and what not. It could be a masterpiece only if the story was strong and the direction was taken seriously.

It can be a good movie for kids, but i doubt that it can engage the adults till it's time.
