I started the Bone broth diet around June of last year, and since then I have lost 22 lbs. I also use the Collegen in the morning with my coffee. I found following the Bone Broth diet was much easier than I anticipated. I substitute Bone Broth for meals when I want lose the 1-3 lbs that sneak back on especially during the holidays.I would use more of the Bone Broth but it is more expensive than I can afford to use it daily, even her sales make it tight. I did try the Thai Lemon grass broth and liked it. I just bought the Beef Broth during her last sale, the smell isn't too off-putting and the taste is fine. I really am glade to have this available to keep my weight in check.
