I really wanted to love this film because I really like Daniel Kaluuya and his work but this film although it had a lot of great potential seemed to plod along really slowly and there just wasn’t enough of a story to help keep up the pace of this film. Yes it is very gritty and thought provoking in some ways but I felt like nothing much was really going on, it is a slow burn at times and honestly I just felt like I was waiting for something to happen but it never did. It gave me black mirror vibes but without the really interesting story or hook. A lot of this film could have been explored further and needed an interesting twist or more of a story to draw you in. Not an entertaining movie but one to sit down and think about after it’s done

I personally really liked the film, it wasn’t the best in terms of story line, it focused too much on the wedding and not enough on Tom & Jerry, also the soundtrack was a bit too hip hop for the classic duo but it’s a fun family movie to watch with kids or just to enjoy a nice afternoon lost in some Tom & Jerry antics.

It is just too silly, the jokes were piled on thick and fast and it almost feels like a parody of a marvel film, not a welcome addition or surprise. Very disappointing, didn’t even make it to the end. With such a high calibre of actors I feel their talent was a little wasted on this joke of a film. The heart and soul of what makes us love marvel films wasn’t in this one so much. It’s needs a new direction and director
