Best Anime i have seen, will always be my favorite when it comes to character development, art style way ahead of it's time, stands up very well even by today's standard, even better than compared to other anime shows. Beloved character, especially the Major herself, Makoto Kusanagi is one of the best female protagonist ever written in modern day anime and better than most characters in modern day shows or movies. Highly recommended to give it watch, from season 1 and 2, and the other two movies that follows the continuation of this Ghost in the shell: Stand Along Complex series.
