This may be the best album I have ever listened to. Damon Albarn is probably the most talented musicians ever. The first song, including some lyrical inspiration from Love & Memory, has beautiful piano and great strings. Albarn's voice is lovely and brilliantly accompanies his beautiful, beautiful piano playing. I have said this once and I will say this again, this may be the best album I have ever listened to. If you're enjoying The Nearer The Fountain, More Pure The Stream Flows, i highly reccommend listening to his other works. Everyday Robots is a must, and The Good, the Bad, and the Queen are a brilliant, not very known band he is in, and I believe that they have quite a similar style to this album. I would also check out blur if you haven't already, their newest album The Ballad of Darren being the closest to this album. Heading to a different world of style is Albarn's other band, Gorillaz. Finally, if you're into the strings and opera style, I heavily reccommend Monkey: Journey to the West.
