One of the Opening scenes shows the commanding lieutenant general (3 stars) in charge of this “experiment” but, he also wore staff sergeant stripes and only nine years of services stripes. How can you take the film seriously if they don’t even bother to do an internet search on costumes. The whole premise was half baked and I shut it off 15 minutes in. You’d be better served watching a Star Trek or Star Wars re-run
