This is one of the few movies from any time period or period of time that I could watch over and over again. The chemistry between Robert Downey’s character, Thomas, and every other character in his life was subtly heart-warming and sensitive, with just the right twist of humourus exasperation.
RDJ, like he does in Chances Are, makes you really feel each tender moment he feels while stumbling on his path to helping each soulful character find peace and closure in their own, sometimes end of life story.
This movie has become the #1 favourite of 3 generations; a movie we dust off and watch together every few years, always ending with a sigh and a chorus of “I LOVE this movie!”.
