This Game delivers a fantastic story in a wonderfully created world. The story delivers a well crafted lesson on the cycle of revenge and war while attempting to get the player to understand both sides of the conflict and decide for themselves which side is more important to them. A lot of people don't like this, they wanted a story with a happy ending and simple conflict that challenges ethics and emotions. This may be fiction, but it is no fairy tale. And that's what makes it so great.
