Don't watch this movie in comparison to metro first part because the era in which these two movies are set are totally different. Anurag has told us situations of today as well as of past which shines . It's story of 4 couples and one kid who are trying to find their purpose of relationship. One kid who is searching for sexual orientation is an important topic which is dealt effortlessly by Anurag Basu and kudos to him for that . Track of Pankaj Tripathi brings smile and tears , Anupam Kher and neena gupta have hit ball out of the park , Aditya Roy Kapoor is superb , sara ali khan disappoints in her portrayal as she lacked depth of the character , Fatima Sana Sheikh shines in her role but his husband Ali Fazal in movie fails to connect . One thing which disappointed me is Music , it's too loud at times that even meaningful lyrics are lost in chaos . However music is fresh and good but more was expected.. However the lyrical way of communicating is super artistic and 10/10 for that but when you come out of movie you don't come out with a song to remember which I feel is an injustice to a sequel to a movie like metro whose songs are still iconic . Movie is fresh and good part is to track and keep all characters in a basket which is linked well . A genuine effort by Mr Basu and I could see his Jagga Jasoos memories in some shots too like that of Pankaj Tripathi office song . VFX could have been better in Aditya Roy Kapoor and Sara Ali Khan climax.. Over all its a good movie which deserves audience, we all will connect to this movie in some ways or another because of the depth and range of subjects it explores Since I love cinema and every cinema is beauty I give it 5/5 ❤️

This movie should have been named " हंसते हंसते कट जाए रस्ते " instead of this crap name bawal It's an amazing movie
