Disappointingly underwhelming! Heads of State fails to deliver on every front. Despite an intriguing premise and a promising cast, the film quickly devolves into a chaotic mess of weak storytelling, forced humour, and underdeveloped characters. The pacing is erratic, the action sequences feel recycled, and the dialogue lacks wit or depth. What could have been a sharp, entertaining political thriller ends up feeling like a half-hearted parody with no real direction. One star for effort, but this one’s a forgettable flop.
