The most disappointing “Monsters” collection item. I managed to watch 4 episodes out of 8 and could not watch it any longer - yes it’s so bad. After the previous two I was really looking forward to this one and it’s a flop. The acting is not great, it’s ok and given the strong story that helps, it’s underlined and mixed with the other movie storylines - so it’s Ed’s story that gets interrupted by the making a movie within a movie, no one knows what it is - is it about Ed or about the society that wants some blood - are we watching something based on a true story or a salad and mishmash of a real story that was botched, the birth of a horror genre and the director’s creative spin that leaves the viewers wanting to switch it off. Total and utter crap. Don’t watch it.
