Predictable. No real twists. The screenplay is not interesting or intriguing. Sudheer Babu is expressionless. Nivetha Thomas is wasted. Aditi Rao is passable. Nani is good as usual. Expected more from the director.

*Jailer Review* Very good comeback movie for Rajinikanth... after not so good ones like Darbar and Annatthe. *_Pros_* Rajini's performance - top notch; no unbelievable stunts; deadpan humor... Looks nice in this movie than the previous ones. Acts his age. Black comedy in the 1st half... Nicely interwoven with the movie. Tamanna's song and dance... Peppy! Action sequences... thankfully believable. Twists here and there Villain... Very good acting. Yogi Babu's comedy. Background music. Cameos of Mohan Lal, Shivraj Kumar, and Jackie Shroff. *Cons* 2nd half ... Felt there was deviation from the actual story... But Rajini's fans will be happy. 2nd half comedy sequences... appeared to be contrived. Overall, a good time pass movie. Can definitely watch it once in the theatre.
