An epic character film led by a stellar performance. If you’re expecting a “Batman Movie” then you came to the wrong place. This is ‘Taxi Driver’ meets DC Comics best villain. It’s gritty realistic look into the real life of Joker has you glued to the screen waiting to see the next scene performance by Joaquin Phoenix in what is probably his hands down best effort on screen. I was blown away by this movie and give it a full 5 stars across the board
