After watching your episode on rural Georgia sanitary issues I am saddened that you went to the race issues of America to explain these problems.

Appalachian region, the American Indian reservations, and the migrant Hispanic population have the same issues.
I have sat on plenty of out houses in negative temps even in this day and age. It's time America says I got to do what I have to do. Instead of it's all I can do.
At age 10 I hand dug a septic system with my dad, it can be done if you have the will.
In Ohio the county inspects systems every 5 years, and if it fails the resident is fined till it is fixed. Move or fix the problem, hard work is rewarding even if your helping neighbors
