I wanted to give 0 stars but had to choose one. Possibly the worst customer service I’ve experienced for a small business. After joining the 28 plan on Sunday, within five minutes of joining and downloading the app, the recipes noted were not foods I would like or enjoy. I immediately sent an email and also lodged a ticket on their website requesting a refund and cancel of my membership along with suggesting the meals should be provided prior to someone purchasing a plan. (See what you get before you buy). I waited three days for a response, despite two further emails sent, along with an instagram message and Facebook message which led to one of my comments being deleted, I received an email three days later with a simple response of “Our refund policy only applies to existing customers. For new joiners this does not apply.
We can confirm your membership is cancelled and you won't be charged moving forward.”
No mention of a sorry for taking so long to respond, or even address the menu etc.
Absolutely disgusting for a business.
