Fun characters and hilarious lines like your usual Stephen King movie. I loved Jason Lee's character and Morgan Freeman was delightful! The monsters reminded me of Tremors, another movie I love.

Great cast including Robert Patrick, Salma Hayek, Josh Hartnett, Jon Stewart and Famke Jannssen. It keeps one intrigued wondering who the monster is. Suspenseful ending and pretty good special effects for 1998.
