The Wild Robot

The storyline is weak. The gay couple is just annoying specially that black American guy. I like the divorce storyline as the characters are okishly written(better than the other two). But it’s nice to see the adult, more real couple dynamics between the main lead and her husband. Tina did her best to keep the couple feel realistic- could have been better maybe 3 to 4 times more. But a good start in portraying old age couples. I guess this straight couple is the closest being relatable out of three- the gay couple being the annoying one. But I guess America has this political correctness and reputation which has to be checked even if it jeopardises the essence of the story.

Thanks to all the ultra overdose of PR of a nightmare that this movie did.. I never wanted to see it! I actually started blocking accounts and influencers who talked about it. And then.. I saw a random YouTube post that I know is reliable. Saw the movie.. well.. I liked it. Enjoyed it. Wasn’t cringe as I expected even after listening to the YouTube video. If you like the wizard of oz like me.. you might wanna enjoy this movie too.

Wicked

I guess all the money went to hire wonderful actors that they forgot how to write a storyline. The set seems so fake.. the birds are singing “at night” when people are having dinner. At first I was so glad that they picked the asian bird Koyal but I realised that they use that sound wherever possible.. no sense of time .. and then there is this k-pop girl who is poor in her acting skills can’t even say she sings nice atleast
