The program discussed that possibility of human babies being gestated outside the womb. This might be a proposition for women unable to give birth naturally and safely although I think most women would prefer the natural method. However., a matter not discussed was hormones affecting the unborn child, and the mother (oxytocin etc.) promoting milk production and bonding. No doubt these would need to be used in appropriate doses to get an optimal result. In any case it might take longer for mothers to bond with a baby gestated outside the womb.. However, parents come to love adopted babies and those born by surrogacy.
