This book is a bit like a hidden gem as it dosent seem to have attracted the attention it deserves.
I read it when it was first published and it's a puzzle to me that it's not better known. The 2 collaborators on the book are a very interesting and illuminating mix.
I have recommended this book many times over the years. The Late Tex Skewthorpe did many paintings to illustrate the ideas and ways of being and relating to Country and people. Karl has contributed a nuanced understanding drawing on his long involvement in organisational development and dynamics.
