I was really excited about this remake but all the pointless nudity was annoying. Couldnt even make it to the first Skaarsgard scene and I love him in pretty much everything he has done, so that was too bad because he was a big reason for my excitement... But I'm not a 12 year old boy, so nudity that doesnt evolve the story just irritates me. I get that its a slow story, but that wasn't the way to try to correct that IMO. But if you like seeing naked old men, by all means watch it and enjoy yourself, this just wasnt for me. I feel like it was too disrespectful to the story to bother watching.

An absolutely ridiculous comedy that i was a bit hesitant to watch, but surprisingly enjoyed.

I really expected this to be an elaboration on the original story but he is not even remotely the same character. The things that made louis who he was were lost. Also making Claudia as much older as they did, misses the point in her character altogether. I really wanted to like this show but it was just not even close to the book or the movie. The fundamental changes were too much for me to continue watching past the first episode.
