I wanted to laugh. I really did. With comedy being of the scale of Amy schumer these days, I was hoping this movie would break that trend. Boy was I wrong. It was so stupid I actually felt embarrassed at times. Do not waste your time. Hollywood caters to the easily offended these days. Tropic Thunder is the last movie I remember that could be considered offensive to some, but in a way that was not mean spirited. Everyone was collectively howling with laughter during Tropic Thunder. Lady Ballers on the other hand, attempts to pit people against each other in a "us vs them" mentality. You can see the actors anger simmering under their strained lines. The bottom line is, the movie is not even remotely funny and everything considered funny is in the trailer. Avoid.
