I gave this a real fair chance. Five shows. I kept hoping that it would get better. It did not. The premise seems to be that a group of powerless witches who actively dislike Agatha decide to go with her on a dangerous journey with a witch wannabe whom they decide to call teen. She shows no believable empathy to any other member of her party. She constantly pulls ridiculous faces and the entire cast is subjected to costumes that looked like they were gathered at a single thrift store. I Care about set details and costuming details and this looks like a high school quality play( if your high school lacked a drama class budget). Give this travesty a miss. It’s simply lame. Women being emotionally abused by other women is not empowering or clever.
