Jandy Nelson hooked me in with I'll Give You The Sun- one of my favorite books to date. When I finally was able to read this next book of her's, I had high expectations. My expectations were surpassed, and THEN some. The storytelling is so well-done that I felt personally connected to and invested in the characters and their lives. I can't say enough positive things about this book.
