I watched this since it's release but did not watch the ending until after two years, Why? The plot has really good start however towards the middle the love story between the two leads the Crown Prince and Ga Eun is getting pathetic, Even the CP made decisions so dumb just to protect the female lead, he even sacrifice his life to save the Female lead where in fact there might be another way for it. Also, Kim So Hyun is really a good actress but her character here is so flat. I don't think her character contributed anything for the success of the prince other than the need to be saved and pitied always. Likewise, the second lead Hwa Gun starting to give the whole series a flavor by her sacrifices for the crown prince. Somehow it's unsatisfying that the prince even didn't even give Hwa Gun enough credit for what she has done for him. Like, Prince is so blinded by his foolish puppy love. I think Prince would not achieve anything without Hwa Gun and her father. Overall it's 7/10 for me for the initial good Plot and beautiful scenes.
