Watched the first episode and was very disappointed. Tried watching the second episode with hopes the show would rebound and ended up turning it off twenty minutes in. I was so excited for this to come out, but Paramount has made an awful program. It is like they set out to make a Halo TV show exclusively for people that have never played the Halo games, and it almost seems like they purposely do things to frustrate long time fans of Halo games, books and comics. The show runners brag that they didn’t ever play the games like it is some sort of accolade to be praised. They are just trying to profit off the “Halo” franchise hype by making a garbage space drama with a halo skin slapped over it.
