I'm no huge fan of Scott Speedman but his character's plight as the movie opens fits right in with the things I don't like about his acting style. I read the book some long time ago and the movie follows that plot like 'there were some people one time and they were frightened.' All of that said I like Teacup, love love the practical effects. I hope Spencer gets to play a larger role going forward as he is the most solid actor in the series. I will watch all of the episodes, in fact plan on watching 1 & 2 again right before 3 & 4 air.
