I read it in the English version; it's a pity it hasn't been published in Vietnamese in Vietnam. What I learned from this book is that cultivating mental and emotional strength now will provide a foundation for overcoming life's challenges in the future. The words in the book are used by Thich Nhat Hanh in a simple and understandable way. The book makes it clear that we need to accept ourselves, recognize our emotions, and live with them. It has made me more mindful of my feelings - when I'm angry, sad, disappointed, or suffering.
