Free Spirit

The usual plot, eye for and eye blah blah, it's probably grossing only because of the lead actor who anyway in my opinion has become stereotype...the action is mindless, didn't expect this from a malayalam movie, the logic is also the same, it amuses me when they show the herd of elephants or things like the 'forest moves with the elephants stuff's and then nothing at all about them or their character... And they wrap it up with the honor killing BS... Sad movie disappointed. The only saving grace is the HM manufactured black ambassador car...

The movie is a disaster... badly scripted Keerthi can't act for nuts, she better get to photoshoots for ads if thats permissible...

Oil being the cause here again portrays how the west exploits the east of it's resources...nice plot played well too... I liked the idea of corruption and regulation... as told to Bennet... Also the definition of who a terrorist is...by the prince... Many more too...

Brilliant movie, Ed harris is supeb. I'm kinda reviewing this now. I don't remember when I watched it last but it does leave and impression.

Brilliant movie, I don't know how I missed it earlier. I am also able to relate to it cus wee too climb,hike and trek hills near our place, trust me it's challenging. Nothing about this movie is mediocre, incredibly made be it cast, location, screenplay, phew it's brilliant. So many great shots that you can't point one. The good thing about this is that the progression is so unpredictable and captivating. Nawaz and Apte did so well... It's sends a strong message about our lesser mortals and lesser known places, how we still lag though we progress. Yes we have miles to go and promises to keep.

Space may be the final frontier, but it's made in a Hollywood nation... Cheap thrills, typical Hollywood blah blah, i had the same feeling when I watched it twenty or so years ago...

A well made movie indeed, the twists and turns are subtle, dalq has done well and so has the whole cast, good direction could have gotten better but did the job, it did have some reference to the Sean Penn flick with Jack in the pledge...yes and the Indian or mallu touch to it to connect with our audience... Worth a shot

A very watchable movie with numerous twists and the emotions attached to those twists, a very subtle way of story telling that can connect with a large audience. Well made and directed too... Tamil cinema normally doesn't disappoint when cast with reasonably unknown. Sam never dissapponts...my first impression of him was in the movie visaranai...simply a brilliant actor

A good movie, the flow of events keeps the audience guessing, gets a bit predictable during the last 20 minutes or so but yeah it should be that way...

Very well done movie! I really was moved by it. Honestly it's been a while that I've seen a movie made with such simplicity yet not missing the point in showing the landscape, terrain and all that goes with it. I would classify it in the survival genre and trust me it's the best so far, beats even Hollywood or bollywood, it means all the more cus it's based on a true story of a boy with such calibre. The whole sequence of it and ground realities really give the movie worth a watch. Yes the press intrusion and the old man in the hut could've been avoided. If only I could get to ride a bike there, that would be heavenly...
