Lassiter was the saddest excuse for a J. R. Ward book I have ever read. All the anticipation but then no story line. Lassiter's story was non- existent. I have loved, enjoyed, and anticipated your books over the years, re-read many of them. I have enjoyed your many story lines and how they were tied to the main characters so neatly and cleverly. Sorry Ms. Ward this was terrible. It's flatness and disappointment even overshadowed the worst ending in TV history, of Season 9 in the Dallas TV series.
