Good show. Better for some than others. The yelling got to me. The full flashback episode literally gave me a headache. I appreciate the complexity of the episode from an acting perspective, and some families may be accustomed to the yelling, but it was too much. The repetitive use of “Chef” & “Cousin” was excessive. We get the point. I did really love the character development of many. Marcus was my absolute favorite. I will continue to watch in hopes of further developments of not only the characters but the restaurant too. I’ll never set foot in a fancy restaurant like those portrayed, but it is interesting to see all that goes into a successful restaurant with stars. Can’t speak to the accuracy but it is thought provoking.
