This game is a good one, although the review on NintendoLife is completely exaggerated, they didn't play enough of the game.
Other than that, from my own personal experience, this game has a well written story with excellent voice acting, music, and art. Project Moon has done a good job making a game like this, being the second one that progresses after Lobotomy Corporation. I also advise you play the game itself before playing Library of Ruina to get some insight on what is happening just so you don't get confused.
If you are however not able to handle gore, violence, or anything like that, then this game is not for you.
The deckbuilding is nice, especially being able to use cards in the game that are referred to as "Pages", each having a unique mechanic. For example: You run low on the resource you need to use cards called "Light" and you have a page that doesn't cost that resource. That page is "Frontal Assault" which is able to restore any light you are missing.
Another example is when you want to use a Page to attack multiple enemies which would require more Light but has good damage. "Distorted Blade" is that Page which is single hit but does a good amount of damage.
Besides from all of this, I give this game a solid 10/10.
