This remaster has everything from the PS2. The controls, the skaters, the soundtrack, the locations. Everything. However, the lack of story mode and only allowing 2 minutes per location feels like they are rushing you out of the locations you’re revisiting. This idea is outdated and it feels like they could’ve done some sort of story mode - especially with the added RPG elements of upgrading your stats. Disappointed, but still nostalgic.
