Unfortunately, Sitare Zameen Par falls well below expectations, especially coming from someone of Aamir Khan’s caliber. The movie feels underwhelming, with a weak narrative and lack of emotional depth that usually defines his work. The storyline seems forced and disconnected, and it doesn’t carry the powerful impact or originality we’ve come to expect from his films. The emotional resonance that made Taare Zameen Par unforgettable is completely missing here. This one feels more like a recycled attempt rather than a thoughtful creation. Overall, a below-average film that doesn’t live up to Aamir Khan’s otherwise stellar standards. Quite disappointing.
