Way too much ‘smulchie’, cerebral dialogue. Especially with the long-winded ‘goodbyes’ during the action scenes. I felt like saying “Just get on with it!!”
What’s with the over-emphasis on diversity? Sure, some of the crew are gay. So what?! That’s mostly accepted now but there’s no need to ram it down everybody’s throat with drawn out references about it. BTW, I haven’t seen two women pash off yet....where’s the balance? Was the script written just by women/gays??!
PS. And why couldn’t the Admiral be transported out of that room after she closed the bulkhead and before the torpedo went off??!
