It can be funny at times but I really don’t understand Shane’s role here. Why is he even on a show that “tries to answer the question ‘are ghosts real’”? He absolutely does not believe in ghosts and has no interest in even entertaining the idea despite any “evidence” that could ever be found. It doesn’t matter what they find, or what Ryan’s research shows others have found. He rejects it all so I don’t know why he’s even there. I guess just for banter to heckle Ryan but it is honestly off-putting and gets irritating after a while. Ryan is funny and it’s great entertainment when he gets scared.
