The MLA Format Handbook is the culmination of all human knowledge in one book. I hear my brothers and sisters praising this book, for it is the path to spiritual perfection. I had abandoned my leisure life as a businessman, seeking true perfection. I left my wife and kids and went to the Tibetan mountains, living a life of solitude, learning the ancient Sanskrit mantras, and sacrificing my animals every week. A monk passed by and admired my devotion to seeking perfection. He guided me to a golden temple high in the mountains, where altitude seemed to have no effect on the greenery. Finally, in a mythical chamber, a shaft of golden light appeared, as heavenly angels sang songs of praise. The MLA Handbook appeared in my hands as a sparkle of gold. I opened it and read it. I cannot tell you what I exactly read, but it changed my life. I read for days upon days, months upon months in the same chamber. When I turned the last page, hands shaking I read words that would change my life forever… Suddenly, I could hear food, speak in comic sans, and see music. It was incredible. I returned to my wife and kids and found my wife was not happy to see me home after so long. Even after I explained my goals and the MLA handbook, she said the book was not worth losing your family! Don't worry, I took care of my wife quickly, and she will never be seen again. I made my kids memorize the whole of the book, for years. I used their college funds to buy a hut for them in the Tibetan mountains and sent them to live there in peace. The MLA handbook is incredible, and I hope you all read it too.
