I would have given this one star except that the stories are interesting. That's the two stars. Here's what makes this show not deserving of the other three.
Poor reenactments with horrible actors and feeble attempts at matching reality. i.e. Police uniforms with hats from 1970 when the crime occurred way after hats were used. Monotonous re-enactments so that every show looks the same. Video evidence replayed over and over and over with actors hovering over the screen and giving commands to stop, play, fast forward, rewind, and zoom. Each show has different actors but they all perform the same routines show after show. The monotony is nauseating. Most of the time you'll correctly draw your own conclusion before the show does. This show could have easily been condensed into a 30-minute show without leaving out any important details. And should have before release. Keep your finger on your remote's fast forward button if you watch it.
