Really poor sequel. Paul Mescal lacks the necessary charisma, and the story is not properly developed. He goes from being someone not knowing who he is to being the leader of all gladiators for no apparent reason. There is also some very stupid CGI with the amphitheater suddenly filling with water with cardboard cutout sharks and warships. Totally unconvincing. My 2 stars are probably over generous.
