I love all Anne Rice. The writing style in this one feels very different. But I love the Mayfair and chronicles crossover. Lestat narrates this, and it just reads like a very different Lestat than I’m used to. Doesn’t take away from the fact I won’t skip it in the series, and has many fantastic conclusions to Mayfair. 🖤

Beautiful, but I really wanted so much more I guess. I felt there were so many loose ends. I ended it so confused and irritated about that.
