I’ve been playing madden for over 20 years and it has been falling down a steep hill the last 10 years. It’s really the difficulty setting. All pro you will blow out every team by 40. Maybe lose a game or two. Then all madden you’ll lead the league in interceptions thrown and sacks given up. You’ll lose at least 50% of your games and probably quit 99% in rage from impossible occurrences. For some reasons, they haven’t given the football players, football IQs. In zone they protect their imaginary bubble instead of actual picking up receivers coming into it. The computer never makes mistakes, so that’s more unrealistic as well, and they don’t even take the best angle to get the ball carrier. They designed the game to be A to B. The physics engine needs an overhaul as two players moving to the right can somehow fall to the left. Body sizes and weights seem to make no difference at all. PLEASE SAVE THE FRANCHISE! MADDEN IS FAILING
