Dreadful. 10 times better as a cartoon. The singers shriek and are over-the -top to the point of self-obsession. The CGI characters speak with all the wrong intonation and without character. Poorly acted. Eric is a cockney twit (totally wet) and even Javier Bardem was wooden. The one star goes to Melissa McCarthy for her passable portrayal of the sea witch.
