Sadly, I have to agree with the other negative reviews. The characters are so devoid of personality, depth and charm it's difficult to relate it to the source material.
However, I literally wanted to comment on the performance from the outstanding cat actor!
I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Steals every scene. If only they had cast him in Cats. the film might have had a better reception.
