I only watched this because it was in the box set but I am glad I did. For the third in a series or second sequel (whichever way you want to put it) this seriously didn't stink and may even have been better than the first sequel. Good script, acting that rose to that script and enough scares to keep me interested and not sneering like they just phoned it in.

A masterpiece with a magnificent ensemble of artists, spectacular scenery, and incredible music propelled by a juicily complex and thought provoking story. I aspire to be a person like James KcKay.

I never bother with the Logies but I voted for Little Lunch because I thought the whole ensemble deserved recognition. Love the bit where Melanie tries to make noodles in a thermos.

A visceral, heartfelt message in Bruce Dern's best role. A pre-CGI sci fi movie that has aged pretty well with robots every bit as legendary as Robbie. I can't say I am a fan of Joan Baez based on the soundtrack but that is a minor thing given the stature of the story.
