I always appreciate the stories and insights on this program. Unfortunately this morning I was disappointed on the story they did on Blake Lively and Mr. Baldoni. The court of public opinion has always been when these kind of situations are played out. He is no different in what he is trying to do. She is trying to bring to light what happened to her, and everyone is making a joke of it. So why can't her husband make light of it My story started in 1977 at the age of 13 when I , along with my older sister reported to police the incest my father and 2 brothers where doing to us. I am a witness to how society has not changed in how they treat the victims who step forward. Yes I wrote a book that details my experiences in how society treated me. My disappointment with this story is that it is not taking the reporting serious enough for the situation. Maybe highlight how often this happens to women when they step forward and why so many don't. Because those of us who have, still have the footprints on our back when society tried stomping us down and threw us away.
